Well, my store threw me under the bus. I'm going to call my insurance on Monday, I'm hoping an inspector will determine the carpet does this sometimes and side with me. The store, that I no longer work through, has contacted the customer who is speaking of calling an attorney.

Another thing I have noticed, sometimes using Z-bar along tile or wood creates an odd look along the hard surface compared to tucking directly

I have been in flooring for 14yrs. I use seam sealer along transition to hard surfaces when the carpet tucks directly to hard surface.
