    Hello! I’m in a bad situation. I bought a place as is with really terrible pet urine damage. Tore up the carpet & padding & the stench has sunk through. Problem is, I have NO IDEA what this subfloor is! It’s not wood.... it’s almost like a concrete type of material but it’s flaky & breaks apart...
