    Great! I'll get an actual floor scraper rather than use a putty knife (I know , I know🤦‍♀️) I haven't seen any staples in the floor. Of course , this black stuff is pretty thick and I havent removed much, yet. I'm guessing that's because I'm using a putty knife

    Without even looking at the sample they told me it was "probably asbestos" . I feel TONS better after hearing yalls professional opinions. I'm more than happy to share the results. They told me it would be Wednesday before I get the results back. Stay tuned ..... (And again, thank you💛)
