    Ok thanks ... We can start laying the LVP in the area where the bathroom entry door is located and work our way over to the toilet that's on the other end of the room.

    I saw that description. It doesn't show the ingredients so I don't know how much water may be in the Zinsser BIN. The can doesn't show ingredients either. So I'm not sure whether it is recommended to seal "fiberboard" subfloors.
