The guy said USfloors tech dept OK'd him installing the 15 x 18 planks in a straight line like tiles, no block, all seams matched up, no end joint staggaring.

That might have been ok but for his installer not undercutting the door casings. lol

Plus the consumer waited to fix his small dripping water line in the bathroom for months, didn't think it was hurting much.

Well it's upstairs in an expensive condo, lots of movement and seam sepration, plus the water traveled six feet out into the bedroom and under the tile with backer board into the walk in closet.

And I thought I'd never see mold growing under cork planks on top of gypcrete but there was. Fun day in the neighborhood.
