I don't have any competition.
If I'd work twice as fast and cut my rates 30%............ well then, I'd have me some competition.
Seriously tho, it's hard to improve or have much of a plan in small town where 99% of the jobs are sold sealed and delivered via retailers. Price to them matters most. I just can't compete on the same level as the young and the restless. Word of mouth keeps me alive.
