Still messing with that old Vista laptop (Inspiron 1301). A local offered to upgrade to W7 for $40. It has 2, 1 GB sticks in it. I can put 2, 2GB for about $20. Is it worth upgrading to W7? Is it worth doubling?

I just hate getting rid of it.

Can you post a copy of Speccy for me so i can see what hardware you have .

You may need to upgrade something .
gigs of ram is a minimum for laptops .

Try this . Go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information.
If this doesn't work, try searching for it or entering "msinfo32" in the run box. This provides a system summary, hardware resources, components, and software environment areas, as well as search options.

Denver always has a problem with SD. Always a 3 point spread .
SD was a 3 pt dog at home . and the home team always gets 3 points for home field advantage .
