I've done a crapload of rubber floors over the last 34 years.

we pretty much only ever used the epoxy and urethane adhesives with rubber floors

the exceptions were on a couple of smaller jobs, like a lunch room at an industrial plant we used the acrylic-------that seemed just like the white cove base adhesive only a hair more watery. In stairwell landings with the radial tiles we occasionally would just use cove base adhesive if the landings were so small it was a waste to mix up the cans of epoxy. Up off the ground cove base cement will set up like iron. Never had an issue.

the other glue I can recall using on rubber just couple times also was the one in the metal cans that cures when exposed to the moisture in the air so as soon as you open the can you've got to get it all spread out. It's not a part A and part B but you pretty much have to follow similar steps when installing and it sets hard as a rock
