It’s 50/50 on these jobs anymore. The fancy houses you wanna brag about doing never have all the materials on site when you need them so there’s multiple return trips because of that. On the other hand these cheap ass dinger type houses are a one trip n done deal. There’s nothing to brag about on these houses but 100% of your material is there waiting for you and nobody else is in your way, AKA they’re a quick n easy profitable job.

I’m sure the floor guys love these houses for the exact same reason, Money.
