and over VCT and more patch. Floor buckled up over top of some sort of saw cut (zip-strip) in slab. It's a 20' x 20' room used as the employees lounge in an assisted living complex.
Been here before doing some ASTM F-2170 tests. Now they want me to demo and install as the last installer who replaced the crappy job on laminate he did -did another crappy job on the new commercial grade LVT.

Prolly wouldn't have blown up if it weren't for that cut in the floor as the rest of the floor is down tight. You can see how the raised part has followed the cut.

Thats salt deposits your seeing Incognito. I'll use the manufacturers sealer I guess as it's holding down the new LVT pretty good - scarify - cut oout saw cut better to receive some Koster crack epoxy.
