Google Chrome update

Twice this week, I keep getting this crap that pops up on my screen.

In the bottom left corner of my screen, it says Chrome has blocked this, as it is spam, and do you want to "dismiss" it?

What do I do gurus?

Thanks. I'm still a bit confused regarding the "dismiss" tab. My thinking was by hitting the dismiss tab, it would allow the malicious material to infiltrate my computer, but the link above says to hit the dismiss tab?

Could you verify for me so when it happens again, I can do the correct action?

Chrome already is in the development queue, appearing in the company’s Canary channel, which is the earliest development release available.

You can safely hit the dismiss icon Hav.
