,
I had a customer call whom I installed a laminate floor for over the summer.
It was a mohawk laminate with the same locking mechanism as quickstep.
They dragged a piece of furniture across the floor and it left some faint marks in the surface.
Now she says they're starting to collect dirt and show up more.
I can replace some boards with my unifix repair tool.
But ,I was wondering if there might be anything to try on this area before I do this.

I'm really late seeing this one, Don. Aren't there some hot wax sticks that you can melt onto wood and laminates to repair minor stuff like this?

I think you need a laminate floor repairing kit. The kit contains a putty stick with different colors find the best matching one with yours. Clean the area very well and work with putty knife on the scratches and let it dry. The same method can also use on ceramic tile floor to remove those despite stains.
