Motivating Your Web Designer

Hmmmm, how do I motivate my web designer. I go by his room down the hall and he is either doing home work or gaming or facebookin.

Heck I am paying him like 9 bucks an hour aleady!!! I have had my floorsavior site for a few months now. grrrrrr

Kidding. By your description of your web designers modus operandi and pay grade, I assume it's your kid who's doing the work for you. Probably a teen or young adult. If so, a hefty GPU upgrade, Solid State Drive, or in-game currency for the MMORPG of their choice are prime motivators. Motivated my brother in law to help me move 40 cartons of solid with some WoW Gold.

Legend:

GPU = Graphics Processing Unit, or Video Card - Computer geeks love this kind of stuff
Solid State Drive = Same idea behind the 2gb hard drive in your commodore 64, but infinitely faster and a couple hundred gigs larger.
MMORPG = Massively Multiplayer On-Line Role-Playing Game (See: World of Warcraft [WoW] or equivalent online crack.)
In-game currency = copper, silver, gold, platinum, Gil, legacy points, etc. (Money used in MMORPGS.)
