In Rolling Hills Estates, CA, was a guy who built a great wind generator which supplied most of his electric needs. Unfortunately, his neighbors thought it looked "tacky" and used the city to force him to tear it down. Nice, huh?

One of my goals by end of the year is to have a DIY wind generator finished on our property. Once finished I hope it will be easier to build more.

Did you apply for a Golden Eagle killing permit? Can't kill em without one.

Then I've seen home made ones that are more tunnel like.
