Resuscitated My 2000 Sony Vaio

Had to reboot the ole confuser yesterday. Very wary about doing that cus she's old and does not like being booted. So of course I got the system/disk error like twenty times when she fired back up. Took her apart, blew out the cobwebs and fired her back up. Black screen for twenty seconds then she sang the windows song for me! YES!

Thought for sure I was headed to the computer store to buy or build a new one. IT LIVES...IT LIVES, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD IT LIVES! LOL

I have an old desktop with W98 that was completely reformatted a month before I shut it down about 8 or 9 years ago. Maybe I should fire it up.

I had one of them things out in the garage. Took it out to the desert for target practice. It felt good.
