Selling the drum for square sander

Ive been using a drum sander since 1998, its great fast but its heavy and only 2 of my 11 employees are trained to use them because im afraid of training
our young guys. Im thinking of selling them and buy 5 square vibrating sanders.
Have you ever used those, would it take longer(more sand paper) to remove the stain?

but is there a chance to damage the floor for going over and over that long?

Will a factory finish come off and be allowed to be varnished?

Train your crew...you will be paying a fortune to have them using a square buff.
