I see AVG is offering a VPN from/through Hidemyass.com but then this article here https://www.deepdotweb.com/jolly-rogers-security-guide-for-beginners/combining-tor-with-a-vpn/ says Hidemyass keeps logs.
Looking through this list I see most free ones always leave something out. So which VPN to use? http://www.pcmag.com/roundup/285788/the-best-free-vpn-services-of-2015
Or maybe just stick to TOR and toss them some salad.
