Mars lander Curiosity is scheduled for landing or splattering at 10:31 Pacific time..................... your time may vary.

Cross your fingers, as this is gonna be a treat if the landing is successful.

Best part is this was so darn cheap to do.
It was a 14 year program, start to finish........ with a grand total of 2 .4 billion buckaroos. That comes to about the same cost of one Big Mac meal for ever man woman and child in the US........spread over 14 years if I did my math right.
Now if the entire 2.4 Billion was given to me personally. in one lump sum tomorrow............ I'd consider it a lot more substantial.

Just wondering....watched a show on mars and where the "life" might be. They all say up near the poles, near the ice. But hey, we're no where near the poles again!!!
