It takes some practice but put your work piece next to where it needs to go and use a compass to translate the curve or angle onto the work piece then cut your work piece. One thing to keep in mind is to always keep the compass parallel with the direction the work piece will be going.
 
Thanks for the reply guys I am going to look into both . The compass and the scribing felt . It's good to see its always more than one way to reach our goal .

The best way for the do it yourselfer is to make a template with a piece of cardboard. You can then use your wet saw to make a professional cut. Keep in mind you want to leave a 3/16 expansion gap to prevent the tile from cracking if there is any sub floor expansion. When you are done you can fill the gap with cork that matches the grout color.
