You got to cut it in a tiny fraction loose. If you are gluing it with an acrylic glue just use normal trowel notch. As a lot of our rolls are split down from 4 metre I seem to remember the colour shaded across the roll. Don't get carpet fluff on the back as it will not sweep off. Our guys cut the roll lengths off on the floor where they cut the carpet
Ran across it on line and had not heard of it.
It was sold here to loose lay over ceramic tiles
