Welcome back to the forums. The things aren't as bubbly and active as the other sites used to be, it's nice having people here that know what they're doing to either assist homeowners or add their input to those of us that still have questions. I sure do, I'm not ashamed of myself if I don't know it. If I can't figure out something, I'm going to ask.
