How Come?

I was laying some vinyl here the other day and noticed that just one area was cupped Been down about 10 or so years but recently refinished
Any ideas?

Cupping is usually a moisture issue.

Yeah but it seems to be only in that area about 5 ft wide

Might not have insulation and a vapor barrier in that section?

That still seems strange to me as its a very large area
Nothing to do with me though. Me only lay vinyl

Nah its a one level concrete floor

Quite interesting, yeah I think it's because of a moisture, but better check that out.
