Got a phone call about the 1st of November, I do a job for these people a couple times a year. They always ask if I'm still installing. When I said yes, he tells me it will be ready around Christmas. He called Friday and I went out today to measure. When the carpet comes in, about a week, he will give me a key. Tells me to do it when I want and call when I get done. Said as long as it's done by March 1st. Would love to have a few more like them. And it will be clean and empty.
