oil based vs. water based poly

I am looking to install hardwood floors and am wondering the pros and cons of oil base poly to water based? Any help would be aplreciated.

The color will be different with your choice of finishes. Oil based finishes will darken/amber the wood finish a bit and water based finishes will leave the wood color much as it already is......... but shiny

Oil base also take longer to dry. But to me are a harder finish.
