Thats a tough one so many to choose from, depends on what sort of usage you want to get from it EG: light foot traffic, pump trucks, fork trucks or trolleys. The two part epoxy resin ones are the best and the most durable.

Is that the one with the little granules that you throw on top of the paint?

Yes you can do that using kiln dried sand, we use to put it in at Occould animal research centre here for the monkey cages, not a nice place to work kinda have to turn a blind eye to whats going on around you.
But what we use to do was apply the first coat in a matt grey and sand blind it as we go, then come back next day sweep up and vacum all the loose sand, then apply the top coat of gloss finish over the bonded sand, the sand made it non slip cause they preasure washed the floors during cage changes. And that stuff took a beating from the preasure washer.
We did also use the same product in a work shop for cars without the sand looked fantastic when it was done plus they were able to keep it clean of grease and oil very easily as it would just wipe off the surface without staining.
