Not sure about 50 miles. 8,000 in town, total of 23,000 in county.
Probably 10-12 million in a 50 mile radius. If you go 75-90 miles out it's closer to 15 million.

Jersey has sticks too like Missouri. Go down to Colts Neck or out near the Delaware water gap, maybe Hapatcong, you have three people per square mile.
There are three places in the county to buy flooring. Two regular stores and one lumberyard/cash and carry. My work mostly comes from the cash and carry.
According to Census statistics Michigan has approximately 175 people per square mile. but in my area I would guess at maybe 400,000.

Correct Floor, But Joisey is a small state, and when you get up north you have all the high rises . Not to mention all the apartment complexes throughout the state.

Siskiyou county is 6,347 sq. miles and the population was 44,507 in 2011. The county seat is Yreka and it's pop is 7,700. Lots of land verses people.

100 k maybe, but I'm 40 miles south of Va Beach Va and the Hampton Rds area which is much larger in population
