Slippery Porcelain tile

I Went to a fund raising golf outing today and was talking to the banquet manager about the slippery floors. He said it’s been a real problem and many people have fallen. I wonder if there’s a coating that could be applied ? Any suggestions

Cruise ships apply a coating to their floors for traction. Can’t recall any specific names but they’re a roll on application and can be pretty fumey during application so plan for an after hours application.

I use a nonslip wax on VCT floors. Cheap and easy but now you have wax on the floor and will require regular maintenance. Kinda defeats the whole idea of LVT. Maybe there’s a low sheen version.

Sounds like the best $100 you could spend if it keeps you from getting sued.
