You mean good, old school laminate?
I'd say yes you could, but the humidity and temperature levels you have would concern me.
How many boxes?

How long are you thinking of storing this laminate and in what kind of environment? Unheated but dry storage unit or shed would be fine but if it’s a damp place where the laminate will just keep absorbing moisture, I’m gonna say no.

Humidity is the greater concern. I don't believe where you live outside of direct sunlight laminate would suffer JUST from excessive heat. I'm less certain about freezing conditions-----again it's cold + wet that worries me, and mostly the wet.

Put a dehumidifier in there if you can. I had a leaky van once that I would run an extension cord to and ran a dehumidifier in there during the rainy season. Kept my tools from rusting as well as it kept the van from getting moldy.
