That Geiranger is a neat little place. I can't imagine ever getting bored with the scenery.
We are now off the ship and at St. Petersburg Russia
Plenty of gold on some buildings here
Getting into St. Pete, Russia was a lot friendlier than those other Russia ports we stopped at. It was just like a normal airport when going overseas

Some really great workmanship. But Jon your shoes don't do the floors justice. Floors shine, your shoes don't.

With all of your years of historical and adventurous travels, when is your book coming out? I have only been to three states including the one where I live. I don't get out much.

I did 120 yds of strip and pad today.
I replaced my sprinkler valves, built a new manifold, and trenched new lines in the front yard...all while the temp was this...
hav now that we are back I have been thinking about this cruise
Next time if I was thinking of doing this cruise I would pick another shipping line over Oceania like Seabourn, HAL etc as long as they have small ships as they seem to pull into more touristy spots than what we did. We had a lot of sea days whereas Seabourn seems to go into more of the Fjords instead. The Russia ports, Murmansk, Solovetsky Islands and Archangel were a waste of time and they didn't seem to want us to be there
