What is the best satin water based finish and sealer to use on new white oak.

I am looking to finish this white oak floor with clear satin finish that does not change in color much. Wondering what brand name sealer and finish to use. The room is about 200 sq feet total. This is my first time putting floor down unfinished. I still need to finish installing and sanding. I hoping to get buy starting with 80 grit but am prepared to start with 60 grit if needed.

I’ve used Bona before and been happy with the results.
