White streaks after first coat of poly

Just sanded, stained, and poly'd these floors with water-based poly (usually use oil based but store was out in Matte). This is the first time I've come across this issue with white streaks like this...

It's possibly caused by the overlap with the application between sections but I don't know why and what to do about it. We sanded today and reapplied another coat but it's still visible.

Overlap marks. Looks like the previous sections of finish you applied started to tack up before you were able to blend in the next section of finish. Not much you can do but sand down far enough to remove the flaws then start over applying coats again.

I see a window. Sunlight??? Could be you need to control that so your finish is able to stay wet enough for long enough to be able to blend each new section with the previous section.
