Accidentially clicked on safe removal, how the heck to I get it back? Not sure how you "unplud it when its built in the pc??? :confused:


"Windows cannot use this hardware device because it has been prepared for "safe removal", but it has not been removed from the computer. (Code 47)

To fix this problem, unplug this device from your computer and then plug it in again."
 
You may try the following steps and check.

Method 1:

You may refer the following link and try running the Fixit and check.

Method 2: Uninstall and Reinstall the USB controller

a. Click Start, and then use the Start Search box.

b. Type devmgmt.msc, and then click OK. Device Manager opens.

c. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.

Note You might have to scroll down the list to find this item.

d. Right-click the first USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers, and then click Uninstall.

e. Repeat step 4 for each USB controller that is listed under Universal Serial Bus controllers.

f. Restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.

g. Check the USB device to see whether it is working.
