Hi, anyone knows what happened on my floor. it installed 4 months ago, and just finished the floor and found these holes on this pc wood.

is it going to be ok to repair? and will be damage in whole floor in the future?

those look like worm holes---in nyc they pay extra for that

Why do they just like at end of the board?

Down load the NWFA. Problems Causes & Cures,,, insect larvae inherent in the tree, usually gets eradicated during the boiling process but can rear its ugly head out afterwards, several types

If isolated dig out and make sure it's isolated to the one plank and not from the wood beneath
