It's been the most wonderful and memorable Valentines day ever. Thanks Nick, and back at ya.
Today is also Oregon's Birthday. We're older than Daris.
Yesterday, Friday the 13th, our governor relinquished his throne because of a possible scandal between he and his live in girlfriend over possible conflicts of interest between her consulting business and his roll as our governor, and he was replaced by our bisexual secretary of state, and in November we get to vote again.
Is this America or what? I see a good movie coming in the near future.

I have quite an imagination. I like that frame a lot.
I am currently using PSP - "Paint Shop Pro" - Version 12. However, I originally made that particular creation back when I had my old XP machine, and was using Version 10 of PSP at that time. The only thing I did to update the piece today was put new wordart on it, as I didn't care for how the old one looked. Plus, I added some shadows to the individual elements to make them stand out a little more. And I added the colorful swirly frame this time. I made the frame by using the large candy heart, putting a Twirl effect on it, and then applying "Simple Quick Tile".

Paint Shop Pro lets you make borders or is that another program? This stuff you do is pretty classy. American Greetings has some competition sneaking up on them.

Thanks ,It let's you do everything except Gif Files . I just send the PSP file to a animation software if i want it animated. It's a lot like , and easier then adobe photoshop.
