Hi
I have a lobby cement floor that needs attention. I scrubbed it with a low speed and black pad and used 3M Cornerstone to seal it. It had two days with no one on it. Two days later I damp mop and the humidity of the mop darkens the floor again. It still has a lot of uneven color with the traffic pattern and removed social distance stickers. I'd like to diamond grind, apply densifier, and polish it but I'm not sure what action to take. I'm not sure if honing from 50 to 3000 is necessary but I do know my boss will likely not want to pay for honing. I REALLY want to learn how to care for cement mechanically and hope there is a reasonable maintenance schedule I can do quarterly. Thanks
