I have a cousin who has made Adirondack chairs out of pallets for years. He sells a lot of them. Very comfortable.

Dan aren't most of them green lumber? I can remember using some for building stuff and they warped when drying out.

paint can cure that. i think I shall make me some chairs and stain them to match my redwood deck.

Yes, Rusty, most -not all- are made from green lumber.

Ernie, reclaimed pallet material would most likely make good material for outside use. I sure wouldn't put anything made from pallets inside my home. Can you spell powder post beetle?
