Hi Guys,
Totally confused, I am installing porcelin tile on my kitchen fllor, the problem is I was told that I have 1 by 12 running on 45 degree angle and have tounge and groove OSB 25/32 use 1/4 cement durock backer board and all will be fine, today I was told that the OSB should not be used and only plywood will hold up, who is correct. will the floor be ok with what I have or do I have go replace the 25/32 OSB with plywood?
