Four and a half inches of rain in two hours, water one foot up windows.
Floating 3/4 ply over concrete under solid 3/4 beech. Underlay cut in 16",strips and staggered perpendicular to hardwood. I'm amazed the staples are holding it all together. And that the plywood can curl like that without blowing apart.

Spent three weeks at this house doing three different levels and two stair cases.
I'm kind PO'd about the stair nose ends sticking out there as I told them to run another sheet of rock before putting up the glass. (last pic)

At least the water didn't waterfall down the stairs.

Sharp house E .
You should see the bowling alley lanes when one of the drums hits a nail and and starts a fire ,and the sprinkler system goes off .

Lanes Looks like a roller coaster . Up two to three feet , and back down.

Yes, E. You see the wood I-Joist in the bottom of the pic, then a subfloor joint with one sheet bowed up more than the other.

*Note the lack of fasteners in the OSB. I suppose they thought they needed fewer screws with the adhesive.

Yes I noticed the lack of fasteners. Hey one in the middle and one on the end, solid! hahaha

Not splitting the joist? or did you cut the ply?

No, Eric I did not cut. The joint of the two sheets hit on top of the joist. It is an illusion. Both sheets are bowed above the joist. Look at the left of the second pic.
