Varying plank widths.

    Hope you can help. I am a little lost on how to figure my layout in multiple rooms. If the widths were, all the same, it would probably be no problem. I am scratching my head on this one because of the different widths. Nothing seems to click right in my head. I have 3 different widths of planking: 4.64", 6", 7.16" I am not seeing anything in common here. How would you tackle this?

    Do you have equal lineal footage?

    I think Dan meant equal amounts of each size in square feet, or equal number of boxes of each width.

    Equal lineal footage of each width is what I meant.

    Stack up the 3 widths and see what that adds up to. Then you can snap lines and plan the layout better.
