My wife is always reminding me of good things that happened when I was working.
I had put all the pad down in a house but I was really sick. I needed to get the carpet into the house and I could go home. I was just too sick to carry it. I had seen 2 EMTs go to a house down the block, but did not think much about it. As they were leaving, they stopped and asked if I was ok. I told them that I was sick but I would be all right. They stopped, got out, and carried in the carpet. They told me to go home and left.
I have done my share of favors for people, so I guess it comes back around.
