Damn WEAPZ, that hurt me too.
... oh you mean the cost of the fuel. Sorry, thats just still 60 dollars less than it cost me to fill my econoline the last time I filed it up, so I cannot afford you the sympathy :)

What did I do today you might ask... almost won an argument with CJ :p

Argument? It’s just a discussion with enthusiasm. It’s not cold n dark here so I don’t spend nearly as much time reading technical manuals anymore.😁

That argument be free or pay per view?

Looked at a semi-cove linoleum job a few days ago. Customer wants it done the same way with Marmoleum this time.
Under the window, there is a rotten spot 16x32. The rot starts 6" away from the tub. I'm going to repair the floor unless the damage goes up into the wall or includes the wall plate. If it goes that far, the customer has a carpenter.
The "coving" was done with the same Manningto commercial vinyl.
After the floor repair is done, ya suppose it's better to install 1/4" underlayment rather than try to blend in the repair?
That's what I'm thinking.

Here's the "cove" now. The cedar walls certainly don't help the corner stay together I could replace the corner here with plywood so it wouldn't split.

Here's where the soft spot is next to the wall. Here's the floor flexing downwards with and without light finger pressure.

Thats not a cove its an upstand
If you are relacing the whole lot I would be maybe putting the upstand on first the laying the floor as the thickness of the product would hide any small gaps. Tooo hard to scribe the upstand into the floor

Big score at Habitat Restore.
The pieces of this waether station were inside of a cardboard box and the instructions and all the paraphernalia that came with it were in the box too. It said "not tested"
If you buy anything electronic or a motor or a drill or whatever if the restore people plug it in and test it they'll put the word "tested" on the box letting you know that it functions.
This one said not tested and there was a handful of pieces in the box so for a $20 chance I went ahead and grabbed it.
Got it home took all the parts out of the box. The rain gauge part of the unit was still in its plastic factory pouch. So were the u-bolts that you use to connect the outdoor unit to a mast. A little plastic cup that measures the wind speed was in the box too. Everything is there including all the instructions. You can download an app to connect it to your phone to too.
The little rubber feet on a peel and stick card have never been installed on the base console yet.
The sucker is brand new. 😁

....you know the rest. 😁

1/8th inch door skin all over the walls and give yourself a fighin chance. If you get the fat lino metal you can jam a piece of door skin and pvc in there and then it looks all sexy and finished.
That one section going around to the tub is the only place where there's an issue with the glued on piece of flooring. The rest of the room looks good. I gave the store an estimate of 1260 bucks or something like that to do the repairs and install, including an estimated $75 for floor repair materials ..../ 16 by 32 inches.
That includes installing new quarter inch underlayment but does not include the underlayment.
