Recently fitted out a vets entrance and waiting room,ply and fulll stick

Vinyl has shrunk, and there is so many air pockets in it ,looks like wallpaper hung by a 4 year old,never had this problem before can any b one help,thanks chris

What was the subfloor and how was it installed?

It was chip board floor,put 6mm ply down, fully stuck vinyl, looked good, but not happy now,looks like blisters all over!

Should have added the name of the vinyl , glue/type of glue you used ?
How long has the vinyl been laid?
Was the vinyl heat welded?
Are the bubbles round or elongated?
