My computer did a upgrade the other night. Now on MSN any news video that I try to watch won't load up. The other sites I go to -no problem. What's up?

That's been happening a lot lately . even to me .
There is a bug in Flash, and one in HTML5 videos .
Uninstall Flash using this tool: http://helpx.adobe.c...er-windows.html
Install fresh copy and see how it goes.
Reset Internet Explorer.
Go here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 and run "FixIt" procedure.
Make sure you follow ALL steps listed there.
Try a different Browser .
Maybe you have some codecs missing.
Download and install this: http://www.free-code..._codec_pack.htm
I can see a lot of posts on Google regarding no sound on HTML5 videos but so far I didn't any viable solution.
Update...
I just found out that it may have something to do with the latest Flash update:

There is also a bug report regarding previous Flash version: https://bugbase.adob...=bug&id=3210964
In that case HTML5 sound was fine but Flash sound was out.
In that case playing with sound frequency helped:
