Not sure about that Nick, I think I hold that record since Saturday just gone upon leaving the job it was raining very heavily and the stairs out of the offices at the back of the building was one of those metal ones that when wet don't have much grip. 15 steps sliped from the top straight to the bottom and still kept hold of tub of adhesive and tool box less than a second

As far as records , When you can still see your shadow on the wall where you were sitting as you are leaving the room i don't think you have to be timed .

Felt like the house was coming down like when they blow up the buildings .
