Do you cut doors, pull stools etc.? If so, what do you charge? Or do you leave that for the plumbers and carpenters?

I do dat as well. R&R a potty is 75 bucks and it better be spotless. Doors are fitty bucks.

I like to see the look on a plumbers face when he walks in and sees a brand new spankin hardwood floor and he has to set a toilet on it. Can you say deliverance?

I'll pull doors but I'm not going to mess with any water appliances.

I've had stores try to get me to unhook gas stoves and direct-wire electric stoves, my answer was a simple "NO".

Gas stoves are easy, just turn it off at the meter if it does not have a valve behind it. Then our gas company will come back to set it up for free.

Most of the rural homes here have propane tanks. And the only shut off is on the tank. If you unhook it, you are expected to hook it back up and light it. Too much liability for me. Insurance companies won't cover it, either.
