No, I under appreciate myself, but the customers love me. I charge 50% more than the stores pay, and do difficult jobs hourly instead of by the yard, and customers still say "I thought it would be more than that?"
I'm thinking of telling the customers to pay me based upon what they think the job was worth............... kinda like the restaurants that started going that route because some people can't afford a nice meal.
They make more money when they don't set a price on their goods and services, so why can't I?

Because you will loose your shirt .
I've done jobs where I said pay what you think it is worth and usually got more than what I was going to charge. Or if I said to low a price got a good tip.
