FIANA (Floor Installation Association of North America) has decided to dissolve after 20 years. It seems they feel they have accomplished what they set out to do, whatever that is.

how many flooring organizations are there out there, which ones are worth looking into?

obviously CFI, dont think they have a chapter in my city though

Since 96.827% of flooring installers world wide have never even heard of them........... just what do you think they accomplished. .....or did they give up?

If indeed we are talking about the same Certified Carpet Installers, I was a helper for dad, than another guy years later. They ran the installation for depot, and empire overflow.

CFI is an organization out of Kansas City, Mo. CFI stands for certified Flooring Installers. Been around about 20 years.
