If it was directly in front of the fireplace, it would be off center in the room. Maybe he split the difference.
It's centered extremely close to the fireplace. I zoomed in and measured with some dividers. I'd like to see how the guy installed it........ it's laminate.
Don't know how many remember Tia. She no longer works In flooring but still keeps in touch.

Guy is good .. We had another Vinyl guy on that other site that did that kind of work .. Can't remember his name either ..
