It's complicated...or maybe it's not?

Ok here it goes. My sister has tile all throughout her house except for the bedrooms and living room where she has carpet. Her dogs are tearing up the carpet in some of the rooms so she wants me to put in new lvp floor in the whole house but she doesn't want the mess and the bill that comes with tearing out the tile. So if I tear out the carpet in the bedrooms and living room, how can I float out those areas to meet the height of the tile so that I can install the lvp through the entire house without installing reducers transitiins all over her house lol. Oh and her house is built on a concrete foundation....thanks for any help.

Install backer board in the carpeted areas to match the height of the tile.

I sealed the concrete floors with a vapor barrier/glue combo, then nailed 1/2" OBS, then laid LVP everywhere.
