I've done it this way for 35 years why change now. Another 35 year thing. I've installed for 35 years you can't teach me anything.
Usually the 35 year guy would comment after the training-I can't believe how much I learned.

I here that a lot on inspections when i take the installer aside and explain what they did wrong. And i get i been doing it that way for 35 years , And my reply is you been doing it wrong for 35 years .
